Whether you’re leaving school, coming back to education after a gap or want to change career direction, there will be something for you at Coleg Menai ! There is a Coleg Menai campus in the exciting University City of Bangor with sites in Llangefni, Parc Menai, Caernarfon and Holyhead.

Courses
You can choose from courses including A Levels, Construction, Engineering, Child Care, Health, Hospitality, Tourism, Hair & Beauty, Arts, Sports, IT, Business, ESOL and Access.
14 -19 years of age
Coleg Menai has a range of vocational courses from pre-Level 1 to Level 4 in exciting subjects like Forensic Science, Travel, Child Care, e-media and Construction – all offering routes to further qualifications or employment.
A Levels are also offered at Coleg Menai. Students are attracted to doing A Levels here because of its growing reputation – based on firm evidence – a 99.6% pass rate over the past 3 years!
Apprenticeships and Traineeships
On the Foundation Modern Apprenticeship (FMA) programme students aim to achieve a framework of training approved by the relevant Sector Skills Council for the relevant industry. On successful completion, students can progress onto the Modern Apprenticeship (MA).
Those who are not quite ready for a work environment may attend the Skillbuild programme to develop their confidence and a range of skills or can spend a trial period with an employer
Higher Education, Post Graduate and Professional
Coleg Menai offers excellent opportunities to study at higher education. You can study for Higher National Diplomas, Certificates, Degrees and professional qualifications in a variety of subject areas.

Adult Learners
Coleg Menai provides a wide choice of community courses for those who would like to develop new skills for career or personal development. Employers
The Coleg Menai Food Technology Centre and The Menai Innovation Centre, CAM (Canolfan Arloesi Menai) utilizes the very latest in design and production technologies to assist companies or entrepreneurs to develop their ideas or designs.
e-Menai, delivers consultancy advice to businesses on their hardware and software needs as well as customised IT software training.
The college also runs the Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) that promotes knowledge exploitation between colleges and business.

With staff who specialise in international issues, the college offers support and a range of courses to all overseas students. Our students come from all around the world with over 50 different nationalities represented.
